Finance Manager - East Kilbride 12-15 Month Secondment / Fixed Term Contract | Maternity Cover ?? Location: East Kilbride* ?? Start date: 1 August 2026 (approx.) We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide maternity cover at our East Kilbride site. This role offers valuable exposure to site leadership, financial control, budgeting and forecasting, and major systems implementation, making it an excellent development opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to broaden their experience in a senior, operational finance role. About the role Reporting to the General Manager, East Kilbride and with a dotted line to the Regional Finance Manager, you will lead the on-site finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong cost control, and effective business partnering. Turnover: c£46 million Employee base 250 A key element of the secondment will be supporting the site through a critical period, including: * The Budget 2027 process * Preparation for and implementation of Radius 12.1 (go-live planned for February 2027) * Ongoing delivery of robust financial governance and internal controls Key responsibilities * Deliver accurate and timely month-end, quarterly, and annual financial results * Prepare budgets and forecasts in partnership with the General Manager * Act as finance business partner to the site leadership team * Provide proactive support on commercial and cost analysis (price, volume, mix, margins, cost take-out) * Manage working capital and balance sheet control * Lead financial assessment and governance of significant CAPEX projects * Ensure strong governance and compliance with internal controls aligned with the Sarbanes-Oxley framework * Support and develop the on-site finance team * Work collaboratively with Shared Service Centre finance teams Who should apply This secondment would suit someone who is ready to step into a broader finance leadership role and gain hands-on site experience.
