What you’ll do
1. All allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers
2. Plastering works across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments
3. Delivering high-quality and compliant work
4. Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes
5. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be

You have
6. NVQ Level 2 City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in plastering.
7. Experienced plasterer within domestic housing
8. Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled)
9. A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.

The practical bits
10. Working Monday to Friday, as well as on call out of hours service on a rota basis
11. You have a full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting
12. Confident using technology to access scheduled jobs
13. You’ll need a Basic DBS and Health check which we pay for
