Our shift pattern combines 3 weekday evening shifts (4:00 PM–9:00 PM) with one weekend shift (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) on either Saturday or Sunday.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an exciting global organisation in central Milton Keynes. Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for customers looking to make claims, via telephone and email
* Communicating with 3rd parties in the event of incidents
* Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
* Liaising with claim handlers to ensure efficiency of claims completion
* Supporting team with adhoc duties when necessary
