Supply Chain Manager Office Location: Harlow Sector: Manufacturing We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join a global leader in retail solutions, helping retailers and brands improve the shopping experience and drive performance. Our Harlow factory plays a key role in delivering high-quality, responsive manufacturing solutions to UK and Group customers. We are now seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our factory-based customer service, planning and production preparation activities. The Role of Supply Chain Manager This is a pivotal leadership role ensuring customer demand is translated accurately and efficiently into executable production plans. You will lead the teams responsible for: Customer service interface with Sales Companies and RDCs ERP item setup and master data integrity (One Jeeves) BOM and routing creation Artwork and print preparation for production Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and production scheduling Your focus will be on data accuracy, planning discipline, and production readiness to ensure delivery Right First Time (RFT) in line with Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) objectives. You will act as the operational bridge between Sales and Manufacturing, driving cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.
