PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager in West Sussex to start immediately on a temporary basis. Our client is a major UK main contractor. Applicants should have the following skills and experience: Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage site operations to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery. * Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Familiarity with construction management software and industry standards.
