Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough independent reviews of children's cases to ensure compliance with key legislation and policy.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to social workers and other professionals involved in the management of children's cases.
* Promote the welfare and safety of children through informed decision-making and quality assurance.
* Champion the voice of the child in meetings and reporting, ensuring their best interests are prioritised.
* Work closely with social care teams, partners, and external agencies to ensure coordinated support for each child.
