Optometrist Salary Up to £60,000
Job Summary:
A patient-focused Optometrist is required to join a modern, well-equipped practice offering exceptional clinical care. The practice is open to full-time or part-time applicants and welcomes newly qualified optometrists, with the option of a buy-out if needed. You will work with 25-minute testing times in a supportive environment that encourages clinical development and progression, including opportunities to complete Pathway/ILM.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality eye examinations within 25-minute testing times.
Utilise a fully equipped testing environment featuring OCT, phoropter, and auto-refractor.
Achieve and maintain a 65%+ conversion rate.
Provide excellent patient care and uphold professional standards at all times.
Work every Saturday as part of the weekly rota.
Team Development:
Strong support for ongoing clinical progression.
Opportunities to undertake Pathway/ILM.
Option to supervise, with an enhanced package available for those who take on extra responsibility.
About You:
Qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist.
Open to full-time or part-time hours.
Newly qualified candidates are welcome.
Collaborative, patient-focused, and motivated to grow clinically.
