We are currently recruiting for a Casual General Assistant for our Braye Beach Hotel, in Alderney, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
About the Role
* As General Assistant your role will involve providing a consistent and flexible level of work across a range of departments within the hotel.
* Combining a mixture of work within F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Reception.
* Undertaking Duty Management shifts as required.
* Adopting a flexible approach and assist in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate.
* Thinking ahead to anticipate the unique needs of each guest, using initiative to adapt service to guests personal needs so they each receive an exceptional, bespoke and magical experience.
* Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
About you
* To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working across all departments of a hotel.
* You’ll be motivated by keeping this charming Hotel looking her best.
* You’ll enjoy working with people and building a rapport with your colleagues and guests.
