Job Overview
We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Join us as a Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutor or Teacher to transform lives. You will work with schools and local authorities to plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring for pupils from KS1–KS5.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring for pupils and students ranging from KS1‑KS5.
* Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
* Work with the SEND Support Team to ensure a supportive environment for both the tutor and the child.
* Engage in CPD via the TES CPD suite and access professional mentors.
* Participate in community and company events for knowledge sharing and resources.
* Join our referral programme and receive rewards for successful tutor referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
* Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed) and minimum 2 professional references.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
* Proficiency in teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
* Based in the UK with right to work (remote/online jobs possible).

Remuneration & Location
Solihull, West Midlands (County) – £28–£35 per hour (contract).
