Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Sales Programmatic to lead and scale their programmatic advertising revenue. This role is perfect for someone with a strong track record in programmatic digital media sales who can build relationships, while shaping the commercial strategy for programmatic growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Revenue Growth: Own and deliver programmatic revenue targets through direct client relationships and strategic partnerships.
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
* Commercial Strategy: Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for programmatic products across key verticals.
* Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
* Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy and product development.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align commercial goals with overall business objectives.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven forecasting.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience in programmatic advertising sales, with leadership responsibilities.
* Proven sales track record in programmatic sales.
* Experience working in a scaleup environment within programmatic sales.
* Strong network across media agencies, trading desks, and direct brand advertisers.
* Deep understanding of B2B programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, data targeting, and measurement.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market opportunities into commercial outcomes.
* Experience mentoring and leading sales teams to exceed targets.
