* Manage the team responsible for attracting and recruiting business operations colleagues across EMEA from a diverse talent pool.
* Lead performance recruiting, operating in a fast‑paced and evolving legal market.
* Drive operational effectiveness through continuous improvement.
* Act as lead on senior search roles at Director and Head of Function level.
* Drive best practice, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and adapt recruitment approach to meet business needs.
