HGV Class 1 Driver wanted – £16.00 per hour – ongoing work

Your role as an HGV Class 1 Driver
* Efficient & safe deliveries: ensure timely, accurate deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
* Communication: keep in regular contact with the depot and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver.
* Full in-date CPC, tachograph card, and driving licence.
* Must have held a HGV Class 1 Driver licence for at least 12 months.
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and confidence on the road.
* No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
* Knowledgeable of driving hours and tachograph rules and regulations.
* Willing to complete an on-site induction prior to January.
* Happy for long hours.
* Flexibility to drive Class 2 vehicles as well is preferred.
* £16.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) + holiday entitlement.
* Ongoing role: secure long-term employment after a successful probationary period.
* Free parking at the depot.
* 10 – 12 hour shifts typically.
* 3-5 shifts per week with an opportunity for ongoing work.
* Occasional weekend shifts available for those interested in extra hours.
