Our customer, a multinational technology company, is looking for an Israel-qualified Commercial lawyer for a 6-month contract role.
Role Description
* Provide legal support to Israel product development teams on software licensing topics.
* Support sales teams with commercial agreements including sales, pricing, and distribution agreements in Israel and potentially other European territories.
* Offer first-line legal support and counseling to Israel HR teams on employment law issues (terminations, employee escalations, employee communications), with support from in-house employment law experts and outside counsel.
* Assist with Israel litigation matters (general commercial and HR-specific), supported by in-house litigation experts and outside counsel.
* Help develop, implement, and communicate effective policies, processes, and internal training programs.
* Collaborate with the broader EMEA legal team to identify compliance risks, develop corrective action plans, and provide guidance to prevent future issues.
Qualifications
* Qualified lawyer in Israel or England & Wales.
* 7+ years of relevant legal experience post-qualification.
* Experience in law firms and in-house roles.
* Fluent in Hebrew and English.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand complex matters and provide practical advice.
* Pragmatic, risk-aware problem-solving skills.
* High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
* Strong presentation, facilitation, networking, and influencing skills.
