Job Description
As the Logistics Manager you will:
* Review and optimise logistics operations on a local and international basis
* Benchmark the current supply base (3PL & shipping providers) maintain supply chain efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse and inventory management.
* Review current logistics data, and define KPIs inline with SLAs
* Analyse logistics data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
* Lead and support the logistics team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Manager should have:
* Design and management of global logistics networks, including 3PLs and shipping providers
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and warehouse management systems.
* Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manipulate data to provide clarity on operational performance
* Proven in both B2B and B2C (Ecom) channels
