We are a unique, small, rural 11-16 academy in North-West Worcestershire, with a focus on supporting pupils to access a broad and balanced curriculum. The post holder will play a vital operational role in supporting pupils who require immediate and bespoke behaviour support and intervention.
Responsibilities
* Provide immediate and bespoke behaviour support and intervention for pupils.
* Work with some of our most vulnerable and challenging pupils to help them navigate personal difficulties and overcome immediate challenges.
* Support attendance and behaviour within the school under the line management of the Senior Leader responsible for attendance and behaviour.
* Deliver an inclusive experience for all pupils and contribute to a trusted, supportive environment at the academy.
* Participate in training and development to further support pupils, with training provided based on the successful candidate’s experience and skills.
