Responsibilities
* Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
* Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
* Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
* Representing Barchester and the state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
* Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
* Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
* Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
* Respond to sales enquiries.
* Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
* Maintain a contacts database.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare (not essential).
* Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
* Self‑motivated and target driven.
* Interpersonal and professional qualities.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
* Full UK driving licence.
