What you’ll do on a typical day:
Flexible shift working, supporting operational requirements
* Independent, hands‑on role with responsibility for your own vehicle, equipment, and load
* Confident in unassisted loading and deliveries, working safely without supervision
* Safety‑first approach, carrying out loading and fuel discharges in line with ACOP, UKPIA guidance, and site procedures (including multi‑hose operations)
What you need to succeed at GXO:
LGV C+E driver with valid ADR tanker qualifications (Classes 2, 3 & 9)
* Established tanker professional, with 2+ years’ experience in the UK downstream oil sector
* Hands‑on experience delivering to forecourts and bulk sites is essential
* Professional, customer‑focused driver, fully compliant with PDP and Driver CPC (DCPC)
* Ongoing driver support and development, including DCPC & PDP training, driver assessments, and additional paid duties after training
