CCTV Operator/Alarm Handler
Location: Chilwell Nottingham
What is the job role?
As an alarm/CCTV operator you will be the first point of contact when an alarm activation is received from a customer's property. You will need to need to deal with the alarms in a calm and timely manner and take action to make sure our customers and their premises are safe and secure. The role will involves making outbound calls to Key holders and emergency services to ask them to attend to the alarms. As well as this you will be on hand to help out with any inbound phone calls from our customers to assist with any questions or queries, they may have.
What training is offered?
When you start at EMCS we will give you a four-week intensive training course to make sure you have all the knowledge and experience you need to perform your job role to the high standards our customers expect. Ongoing training will take place throughout your career, making sure you are up to date on all new procedures and policies within the alarm monitoring sector.
What are the hours?
Alarm/CCTV operators work on a 4 on 4 off rota, the first two days you will work 07.00 to 19.00 you will then work the next two nights 19.00 – 07.00 followed by four days off.
Occasional Hours
You will be required to undertake standby every 12 weeks.
