Key Responsibilities
* Register and qualify new applicants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
* Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants
* Generate new business opportunities
* Progress sales through to completion
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements
* Previous experience in estate agency or sales (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong customer service focus
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
* Professional and positive attitude
