About the Role This analyst position offers broad exposure across NHSPS, delivering financial governance for a broad range of property transactions. You will prepare and review business cases, collaborate with key internal stakeholders, and ensure decisions are financially robust and strategically aligned. You will be partnering with various business functions for business cases on acquisitions, disposals, capital projects and leases This role is an excellent platform for developing expertise and business acumen, promoting potential for progression into more senior positions within the team and wider organisation. Who You Are You are a proactive and analytical professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Comfortable working at pace and collaborating across multiple business functions, you bring curiosity, confidence, and a commitment to delivering highquality financial analysis that supports robust, strategic decisionmaking. Relevant Degree achieved at 2.1 level or above. A curious, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. The ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders, exemplifying strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment while maintaining accuracy. Having an autonomous, proactive approach to questioning, challenging, and improving ways of working and processes. Key Responsibilities Produce and validate business cases that articulate proposals clearly and concisely for senior decision-makers, ensuring governance standards are met. Prepare and review financial models to support real estate transactions, mainly working on Microsoft Excel. Manage a demanding workload effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Contribute to process improvements and help refine best practices within the team. Where you ll be This is a hybrid role, with your base location being our Canary Wharf, London hub. The salary offered is from 30,000 per annum, and the position is fulltime on a 24month fixedterm contract.
