We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Behaviour Support professional to lead a Reflection Room—a key space that helps students aged 11-16 years align with our values and maintain high standards of behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensuring the Reflection Room remains a calm and focused environment, where students engage with their work.
2. Establishing and embedding core reflection practices that promote accountability, growth, and positive behaviour.
3. Tracking, monitoring, and analysing Reflection Room data to inform effective student support strategies.
4. Collaborating with the pastoral team to identify students requiring additional intervention and playing an active role in delivering support.
5. Undertaking additional duties as required by the Principal.
