Agriculture Data Product Manager
Location: Hybrid / Remote (UK & Ireland) - £80,000 DOE + Bonus
The Role:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of data products, including strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and set priorities.
- Work with data engineers, analysts, and developers to create scalable solutions using SQL Server, Power BI, and AWS cloud services.
- Utilize Operational Research (ORR) techniques and data modelling to inform product strategy.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and standards.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements.
- Explore opportunities for innovation and new product development.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Data Product Manager in a data or tech-focused environment.
- Technical skills in SQL Server, Power BI, and AWS.
- Experience with Operational Research methods like optimisation and modelling.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
- Industry knowledge in agriculture or related sectors is advantageous but not essential.
- Commercial awareness and ability to align strategies with business goals.
The Package:
- Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 DOE + bonus
