Join Our Team as a Vehicle Paint Technician!
Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have a flair for painting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is looking for 2 skilled Vehicle Painters to join their dynamic bodyshop team on a Temp to Perm basis.
Position Details:
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: £19.44
Working Pattern: Full Time (40 hours a week)
Shifts: 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, between Monday and Sunday, from 7 am to 7 pm
Weekend Requirement: Work 1 in every 3 weekends on a rota basis
Start Date: ASAP - Interviews will be arranged as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and prepping surfaces as needed.
Conduct spray painting using high-quality, water-based paints.
Accurately check paint colours and prepare spray out cards to ensure a flawless match.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
Collaborate and support the bodyshop team across various departments as required.Skills and Expertise:
Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential.
A valid Full UK Driving Licence is a must.
Willingness to support junior technicians and share your expertise when needed.
A passion for the motor industry and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of work.
Ability to work independently on vehicles and make informed decisions when necessary.
