We are looking to add an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to our Client Operations team supporting our talented and hugely successful R&D Team within a growing and dynamic business. Reporting into our Client Operations Manager you will provide a high quality, organised and efficient service to both internal team members and external clients.
Working from our modern offices in central Norwich, you will join our existing team on a starting salary of £ £29000 depending on experience.
Here's what you'll be doing:
* Diary management and booking client meetings
* Liaising with clients by telephone
* AML and compliance checks
* CRM system management
* Processing clients' qualitative and quantitative data
* Other administrative and office duties as required
What we are looking for:
* A professional attitude and a willingness to learn are the most important traits we are looking for.
* Previous professional administrative experience
* Strong communication skills, professional telephone manner and written communication
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple and varied request to a high standard and to deadlines
* Be adaptive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to learn quickly, and a desire to keep learning and developing professionally
* Able to work well as part of a team, but also able to focus independently
* An interest in business and the way companies work is beneficial
* Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK
