Assure Care Homes Ltd are searching for a Registered Manager for our children's home in Hedge End, Hampshire.
*The role:*
* Offer leadership and management to a diverse residential care team which strives towards excellence in residential childcare provision, in keeping with the aims and objectives of the home's statement of purpose.
* To manage and provide a safe, warm, caring and stable environment for the children and young people in your care, and to create a 'respectful' culture and ethos within the home.
* Leading and motivating your team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided alongside all agencies and families, understanding the needs of the children and young people to ensure all staff are to work with them to ensure positive outcomes.
* Manage an effective workforce strategy, including safe rota recruitment, induction, supervision, and professional development.
*Requirements:*
* You will have 2 years of experience of working with children in a residential setting, preferably in a management or senior position.
* Passionate, confident and good relationship management.
* Applicants must have NVQ 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or be working towards) or above as well as a valid driving licence.
