Who We’re Looking For
We welcome all backgrounds and provide full training. However, we’re especially interested in professionals with expertise in:
* Human Resources – Strategic HR and organisational change experience.
* Support Services – Clinical psychologists, behavioural specialists, people with experience/ understanding of working with adults with additional needs (NCS, BACP, MBACP, etc.).
* Fundraising & Marketing/Communications – Proven experience in fundraising, CSR, or strategic marketing.
* Legal & Risk Management – Qualified legal professionals (lawyers, solicitors).
These are key areas of expertise, but we also deeply value lived experience. If you’re personally or professionally connected to social care, passionate about supporting adults with additional needs, and excited about helping a growing charity make a real difference—we’d love to hear from you.
