The Role
We are seeking a qualified Spa Therapist who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional treatments and thoughtful guest care.
This is not simply about performing services.
It is about creating an atmosphere of calm confidence from consultation through to aftercare.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering a range of face and body treatments to an exceptional standard
* Conducting thorough consultations and tailoring treatments to individual needs
* Maintaining immaculate treatment rooms and spa areas
* Recommending appropriate retail products and additional services
* Supporting smooth daily spa operations alongside the Spa Manager
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety procedures
You will represent the spa with professionalism, discretion and care at all times.
Your Experience
We are looking for someone who combines technical skill with natural warmth.
You will bring:
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy (essential)
* Minimum 1 year’s experience within a hotel or spa environment (preferred)
* Strong product knowledge and confidence in retail recommendations
* Excellent communication and guest consultation skills
* A polished, professional and guest-focused manner
* Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods

Working Pattern
