The Role Provide consistent support within a Year 1 classroom, ensuring a stable and productive learning environment. Deliver daily small group interventions, focusing on early literacy, phonics, and numeracy. Assist the class teacher in monitoring pupil progress and fostering social development. Take a proactive approach to classroom preparation and resource creation. Work 1:1 with specific pupils who require additional emotional or academic scaffolding. Cultivate strong, professional relationships with staff and parents throughout the year.What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, specifically within KS1 or Early Years.
