Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team. Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow
* Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes
* Oversee food production, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation

* Support in training new staff members and developing existing team skills
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills
* Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen or restaurant setting
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food presentation
* Excellent team management and leadership abilities
* Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
* Extensive kitchen experience, ideally within hospitality or restaurant environments
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
