Independently drive business through ESET’s channel partners and distributors. Focus on partnership, profiling, and cross-sell/upsell. This includes building and managing a qualified pipeline of channel partners within a defined geographic territory/accounts split, working with external Channel Account Managers and SE.

Job description

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Engage with your partners virtually (phone and video calls), driving activities and acquisition by supporting their day-to-day operational requirements.
2. Build a collaborative business relationship with your partner accounts and their customers. Understand and get to know the key decision-makers within each organization to positively influence as required.
3. Primarily deal with volume partners.
4. Perform profiling of partners daily with the aim to identify partners with potential and pass them to CAMs.
5. Create the pipeline with your accounts focusing on existing business and upsell.
6. Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly and monthly basis.
7. Keep up with ESET's product range (sales and basic technical level) and respond to queries, outlining benefits when necessary to your channel partners. Counter any competitive claims.
8. Keep reseller and customer company information and all activities up-to-date in the CRM system.
9. Assist resellers in operational tasks such as processing deal registration and orders.
10. Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPI targets.
11. Carry out other work according to instructions from a managing employee, in accordance with department and company activities.

REQUIREMENTS

* Education: Degree or equivalent is desirable, preferably in IT or cyber-related subjects. GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (high school).
* Experience: 4 years of work experience.
* Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Language: English – B2 level.
* Personal characteristics: Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure.
