Play a key role in employee development at Softcat
As a Learning & Development Coordinator you'll be a key member of our Learning & Development team, providing administrative and coordination support for the team.
You'll be responsible for:
* Coordinate and schedule Softcat office programmes, workshops, and courses in collaboration with the L&D team.
* Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including reporting, data entry, and managing offerings on L&D systems like Fuse.
* Assist in developing a consistent training schedule and improving scheduling methods alongside the L&D team.
* Manage the L&D mailbox to ensure prompt resolution of queries and act as a liaison for external suppliers regarding training coordination.
* Maintain L&D records, manage attendance, certifications, and training requests, and facilitate room bookings and technology requirements for training sessions
What we need from you
* Demonstrative experience in an administrative role and an interest in the world of Learning & Development and / or HR
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
* People focussed with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
* Strong organisation skills and keen attention to detail
* Excellent computer literacy with MS Office, databases and other applications
