Role Responsibilities:

- Assist inplanning and delivering educational activities that promotechildren's development.- Create a safe,stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnershipswith children and their families.- Track andreport on children's progress through observations andassessments.
Required Qualifications:
What We're LookingFor:
- Level 2 qualification in early yearseducation/childcare.- Experience working with children under5.- Empathy andunderstanding – each child is unique.- Strong communication and organisationalskills.
You mayhave previous experience working with children, ideally asan Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, NurseryAssistant or Nursery Nurse.
