We're now looking for an exceptional Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead our front-line team and ensure every customer experience lives up to our reputation.

The Role
As our Sales & Customer Service Manager, you'll be the captain of the ship for all offline sales and service channels – telephone, in-person visits and shows. From first enquiry to a Rhino standing proudly in a customer's garden, you'll own performance and make sure every step of the journey is smooth, professional and unmistakably Rhino.
You'll lead by example, embedding our sales process – selling the Rhino way – so it's lived and breathed by the whole team. Your leadership will turn enquiries into orders, and customers into lifelong Rhino fans.
This is a hands-on role. As well as leading from HQ, you'll personally attend and staff selected key shows across the UK, forming an integral part of the show sales team and representing Rhino face-to-face with customers.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the Team
• Inspire, coach and develop our Sales & Customer Service team, creating a culture rooted in teamwork, pride and kindness.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback and ensure everyone has the confidence and tools to succeed.
• Lead from the front, taking accountability and maintaining consistently high standards and a positive, supportive atmosphere.
Delivering Outstanding Customer Experience
• Take full ownership of the customer journey, ensuring every interaction is handled with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
• Oversee after-sales support, stepping in on escalated issues and resolving matters fairly and promptly.
• Listen to customer feedback and champion improvements that make the Rhino experience even better.
Driving Sales – the Rhino Way
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across all offline channels.
• Ensure the Rhino sales process is fully embedded, followed consistently and delivered with confidence.
• Make sure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, creating a seamless premium journey from enquiry to installation.
• Work closely with Marketing and other teams to maximise opportunities.
Shows & Events
• Take ownership of booking, planning and managing Rhino's presence at shows across the UK.
• Personally attend and staff key shows, forming a core part of the show sales team and leading by example on the stand.
• Support, motivate and guide the show team to deliver confident, knowledgeable sales conversations.
• Ensure every event is well organised, beautifully presented and delivered with unmistakable Rhino pride.
• Review performance after each show and continuously improve how we show up.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing and Operations to keep the customer journey joined up from start to finish.
• Provide clear reporting on sales performance, customer service metrics and event outcomes.
• Share insights that help shape the future of Rhino.

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience leading a sales and customer service team in a premium, customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial instinct – comfortable owning targets, performance and results.
• A confident, values-led leader who sets standards and brings people with them.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and face-to-face.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shows and stakeholders.
• A genuine belief that great sales and great service go hand in hand.
• Willingness to travel and attend key UK shows as part of the Rhino show sales team.
