The Opportunity

As Project Officer, you will lead on the delivery of key property transactions including buying back Right to Buy properties, selling unsuitable homes, supporting stock transfers, and managing the funding of the buybacks through various Welsh Government funding applications.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in project environments, excellent IT and communication skills with a structured, organised approach to work. You will be confident working with stakeholders, adaptable to change and motivated to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What you will be doing?

You will liaise with sellers and buyers, oversee the legal and administrative processes for each transaction and manage the funding applications from making initial contact with the Local Authorities to submitting all necessary documentation to Welsh Government. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance and supporting wider strategic programmes such as the stock rebalancing programme. You will also be the point of contact for funding queries and you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely property transfers.

1. Salary £35,543 - £39,341 per annum.
