We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, utilising their expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of physical conditions. This role will involve working closely with patients of all ages, including Paediatrics, to develop tailored rehabilitation programmes that promote recovery and enhance mobility.

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Physiotherapist to take charge of our growing rehabilitation team. This individual will oversee both Physio and Sports Rehabilitation services, ensuring integrated care pathways and high standards across disciplines. You will work closely with our Clinical Lead and wider MDT to ensure all patients receive tailored, effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the rehab department, including physiotherapy and sports rehab.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to team members, supporting their ongoing professional development.
* Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment for a broad range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
* Collaborate with our GP, Podiatrists, and Rehabilitation Specialists to design and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
* Utilise advanced technologies including Laser Therapy, Shockwave, and Magnetic Induction Therapy (Super Inductive System).
* Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to clinical audits and quality assurance activities.
* Participate in regular MDT meetings and contribute to strategic service development.
* Foster a positive, supportive environment for both patients and team members.
Requirements
* Degree in Physiotherapy and current HCPC registration.
* Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate clinical experience.
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
* Familiarity with non-invasive technologies for pain relief and rehab is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for patient-centred care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
* A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognised by relevant professional bodies.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
* Experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not essential; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
* A compassionate approach to patient care with strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience or knowledge in Paediatrics is an advantage but not mandatory.
