Were excited to be working exclusively with a fantastic client based outside of Cambridge city centre. Our client is a well-established, highly respected business who are on the lookout for a Project Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Its a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to be part of a creative environment where their organisational skills will make a real impact on live design and construction projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to colleagues
Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and action points
Managing project documentation
Liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients to support project coordination
Assisting with tender and bid submissions
Tracking project timelines and supporting with invoicing and purchase orders
Supporting wider office administration when required
Were looking for someone who:
Has strong organisational and communication skills
Can manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
Enjoys working in a busy team environment
Has previous experience in project administration
An ability to pick up new systems
