Forklift Counterbalance Driver - Night Shifts (WS13)
Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Shift Start Times: Between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy, high-volume warehouse operation based at Fradley Park. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys working nights, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident handling high pallet volumes.
If you have experience within pallet network operations or similar, this role offers long-term stability, great pay, and the chance to grow within a reputable logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
* Load and unload trailers with accuracy
* Handle 150-200 pallets per shift
* Work closely with warehouse colleagues to meet tight deadlines
* Maintain strong health and safety standards at all times
* Complete basic equipment checks and promptly report faults
