Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement activities including tendering, evaluation, and award processes. Manage supplier and contract performance across assigned categories. Conduct commercial and price negotiations to secure best value. Maintain up-to-date market and supplier intelligence. Promote compliance with procurement strategy, policy, and ethical standards. Advise stakeholders on procurement best practice and risk management. Collaborate with colleagues and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic procurement outcomes. Essential Skills & Experience ideally be CIPS qualified Proven record of procurement achievement within public or private sector environments. Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
