Training Coordinator / Business Service Officer

It's all go here at NEO, as of the end of March we will have recruited over 30 new members to the NEO family. A mix of Joiners / Painters & Fire Stoppers - that coupled with our existing brothers and sisters means we need to be ever vigil in ensuring our workforce have all the correct qualifications, our records are kept up to date and we support our people through keeping them up to date with theirtraining needs and certificate renewals.
This person will workclosely with the Technical Services Manager and Health & Safety function playing a pivotal role inensuing all new starters receive a warm welcome, are correctly onboarded, receivea thorough and comprehensive induction and regular ongoing support.
You will need to have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and be self motivated.
The successful applicant will:
* Hold relevant industry experience ideally from within a contracting business spanning recruitment, employee onboarding and/or the administration of training records
* be an effective communicator at all levels
* hold effective IT skills
* be able to manage competing priorities and satisfy deadlines
Remuneration:
* Salary up to £28K / annum
* 39.5 Hours / Week 08:00 to 17: 00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:30 Fridays
* Holidays 29 days holiday per annum (including 8 statutory holiday days) rising by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum 33 days / annum.
