We are recruiting for a Band 5 IT Telephony Engineer role. This role will be based across Sussex, covering various sites throughout the area.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Resolving software and hardware issues
* Configuring new and existing mobile phones
* Supporting the Networks Team
* Assisting with Trust projects as required
The Trust is transitioning to cloud-provisioned services, including Azure, M365, and Ring Central.
Experience with Android and Apple mobile devices would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
You will be required to travel to various sites across the Trust, so access to your own transport is essential.
Responsibilities also include providing 2nd/3rd line technical support for all Trust IT users, maintaining high-quality records of support actions, and updating the Help Desk application accordingly.
The Connectivity / Telephony team is part of the Trust's Digital team, providing operational support for wide-area and local-area services, as well as support for Unified Communication platforms.
