Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our growing team at Healthscreen UK. This role will primarily focus on the review and interpretation of health surveillance results, supporting businesses in maintaining compliance and protecting employee health.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OHA who enjoys case review, clinical decision-making, and report writing, rather than predominantly site-based work.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and interpret health surveillance results, including Audiometry
* HAVS questionnaires and outcomes
* Provide clear, concise fitness for work advice
* Identify abnormal findings and escalate where appropriate
* Produce high-quality management reports and clinical notes
* Liaise with technicians and clients to ensure quality and consistency
* Support compliance with health surveillance regulations and best practice
* Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical processes
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
* Part 3 registered in Occupational Health
* Proven experience in health surveillance interpretation
* Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills
* Good understanding of relevant legislation (e.g. COSHH, Noise, HAVS)
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Experience in case-based OH roles
* Experience using Orchid Occupational Health Management System
