What you’ll do
Build accurate quotes and itineraries at speed
Finalise every element of a client’s trip — flights, bookings, upgrades, special touches
Keep diaries moving and follow up on leads with Travel Experts
Maintain the client portal and internal systems from deposit to departure
Liaise with suppliers and ground teams to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
Issue tickets, process payments, and complete quality checks
Coordinate post‑travel feedback and support continuous service improvements
Help with events, stock, and occasional out‑of‑hours support
