Finance & Accounting Intern - Chester
Atrium EMEA are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern/Graduate to join an onsite International Statutory Reporting team as an Assistant Accountant. This role is ideal for recent graduates who may have some accounting experience/finance background and are eager to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. PAYE contract for 12-24 months. You will be required onsite 50% in Chester Office.
* Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
* Assist with the completion of statutory audits
* Support the team with statutory reporting and legal entity processes.
* Help ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
* Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze financial data.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Essential:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Familiarity with statutory and legal entity reporting, is an advantage.
