💷 Salary: £12.85 - £13.51 per hour (£26,728 - £28,100 per annum)
⏰ Shifts: 12-hour shifts (9am-9pm & 9pm-9am) - Days and Waking Nights
🚗 Driving Licence: Essential

We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care for children and young people aged 11 to 19 with autism and learning difficulties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a family-style children's home and school environment, supported by a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team. Our service offers a personalised and enriching curriculum tailored to meet individual needs, with the aim of achieving positive, meaningful outcomes.

Direct Support: Provide daily care and emotional support within the home
Care Plans: Assist in delivering personalised care and support plans
Relationship Building: Foster trusting relationships to promote personal development
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and professionals (e.g., psychologists, therapists, educators)
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, contribute to care reviewsWhat We're Looking For
A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable children and young people
Motivation, resilience, and commitment to delivering high standards of care
Understanding of the developmental needs of young people (physical, emotional, social, educational)
Awareness of Child Protection procedures and safeguarding practices
Ability to manage emotional challenges and demonstrate sensitivity
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential - full training provided)✅ Requirements
UK Driving Licence (Manual or Automatic)
Minimum age 23 (due to legislative and safeguarding guidelines)
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (including nights and weekends)
