MEP BIM Manager - London
An established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Manager to lead and develop its London office. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape BIM strategy, manage teams, and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will work closely with the BIM Manager based at the company's head office in Milton Keynes, ensuring consistency of standards, workflows, and best practice across the business. The role offers hybrid working, combining time in the London office, collaboration across offices, and remote working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP BIM delivery for the London office across commercial, residential, education, and other sectors
Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows in line with company and project requirements
Collaborate closely with the head office BIM Manager to maintain alignment across offices
Act as a key client-facing representative, attending meetings and providing technical BIM leadership
Manage, mentor, and support BIM and design teams
Oversee model coordination, quality assurance, and information management in line with industry standards
Support project teams from concept through to construction and handover
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior MEP BIM Manager or similar role
Strong background delivering BIM on MEP projects across a range of sectors
Demonstrable client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and common industry software
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fully eligible to work in the UK
Salary & Benefits
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
