About The Role
We're seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective running of our company and grey fleet. This pivotal role will oversee the full vehicle lifecycle, compliance, and reporting, while working closely with HR, Finance, and external suppliers.
Salary: - £24k-£28k (FTE)
Hours: - 30 hours per week
What you'll do
* Manage acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of vehicles
* Oversee accident management, inspections, repairs, and PCN administration
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and insurance documentation
* Monitor costs, fuel, mileage, and supplier contracts
* Ensure compliance with UK legislation, insurance requirements, and company policies
* Arrange driver training, licence checks, and inductions for new starters
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
Responsibilities
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
* Self-starter with excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Flexibility to travel within the UK when required
Desirable:
* Experience with fleet management software
* Knowledge of UK fleet legislation
