The Role
As the Team Leader for Security Remediation, you will play a vital part in safeguarding NEXT Technology. Your primary mission is to ensure the security, stability and peak performance of our infrastructure across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Working closely with our IT Security teams, you will provide a resilient foundation for the entire business, tackling everything from proactive vendor patching to reactive responses and third‑party audits. We are dedicated to your growth and will support you in a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning.
What You’ll Take On

* Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 technical engineers, providing the coaching and feedback they need to thrive together.
* Drive remediation by ensuring all assets are up to date and addressing vulnerabilities promptly to make an impact.
* Manage operational standards through proactive monitoring to resolve issues before they affect our services.
* Collaborate across the business with stakeholders and vendors to prioritise infrastructure needs and execute essential upgrades.
* Oversee estate health by managing certificates and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
* Support major incidents by leading troubleshooting efforts to ensure timely service restoration when it matters most.
* Foster a positive culture through daily stand‑ups and regular one‑to‑one meetings, ensuring the team remains aligned and motivated.
