Location: Norfolk (Field-based)
Salary: £51,400
Hours: 37 per week, MondayFriday

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Voids Officer to lead and manage a large trade team within our clients Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality void refurbishment programme, ensuring empty homes are brought up to standard efficiently and cost-effectively. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the voids service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate a large in-house trade team (16+ staff) to deliver void works.
* Conduct full property surveys (pre- and post-inspections) and specify required works.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and foster a positive safety culture.
* Monitor performance, budgets, and quality standards to achieve value for money.
* Resolve complaints and contractual issues effectively.
* Prepare estimates, tender documentation, and manage works orders.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the voids service.
* Participate in the out-of-hours management rota (including weekends).
