You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager and also check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
Day‑to‑day
* Supporting – stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Mucking in – check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
* Delivering great service – provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face and coach the team to do the same.
* Asking questions and building relationships – make sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need.
* Building a fun working environment – maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
