Location: Tipton, West Midlands (Hybrid – 2-3 Days From Home Weekly Settling‑In Period)

Network IT is recruiting for a Project Manager to join a purpose‑driven organisation delivering a major Digital Transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in structured project delivery and has experience in the financial services sector with strong understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex projects from end to end, manage third‑party relationships, and ensure outcomes are aligned with strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing a variety of technical projects and handling multiple initiatives at once, ranging from small initiatives to large‑scale programmes. You will also be part of a collaborative, people‑first culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.
Key Responsibilities
This role suits someone who enjoys working across project planning, stakeholder engagement, and technology delivery – acting as a key driver of change.
 * Lead project delivery through the full life‑cycle: planning, approval, execution, risk management, closure, and review.
 * Provide monthly reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to deliver change initiatives.
 * Run procurement exercises for new or replacement services.
 * Optimise project outcomes through close involvement with Work Package Owners.
 * Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open dialogue and effective conflict resolution.
Experience Requirements
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organisational and communication skills with technical awareness and delivery expertise.
 * Financial Services experience with knowledge of regulatory and governance requirements.
 * Familiarity with Agile principles and Waterfall methodology.
 * Experience in stakeholder management, budget control, and risk management.
 * Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within cost, and to quality.
 * Experience managing third‑party relationships and contracts.
 * Exposure to modern infrastructure (Cloud, APIs, SaaS).
 * Strong impact analysis and problem‑solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal, written, and numerical skills.
